How Australia-wide collection works

  1. We send your sterile instrument batch to your clinic.

  2. After use, place instruments into the supplied used-instrument box.

  3. Scan the QR code to request collection.

  4. We arrange return transport for reprocessing.

  5. Your next sterile batch is returned with documentation available through the portal.

If courier pickup is unavailable in your area, we will advise you and the parcel can simply be lodged at your nearest Australia Post outlet using the prepaid shipping label provided.
